Please note that certain promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable.

2. Refunds
a. Refunds for Third-Party Services

- Eligibility: If you have purchased a paid business listing or advertisement package from us, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made within the cancellation window specified in your service agreement or if there is a material issue with the service that cannot be resolved.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain promotional, discounted, or special packages may be labeled as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be processed after the purchase, unless there is a proven technical or service failure on our part.
